The Tour Guide will lead you into the heart of our little Brewery where we will share the secret of brewing fine natural ales. From the Grist Hopper to the Mash Tun, from the Kettle to the Whirlpool... experience the chill of the first & secondary fermentation cellars. Then back to the Sales Office to do the tasting of our products. Experience the natural goodness whilst contemplating the reasons for not ever wanting to leave the town that was made famous by Mitchell's Knysna Brewery!
