All other runners must display temporarynumbers. No advertising allowed. Distance Markers:  Every Kilometer Refreshments:  Water and Coca Cola will be supplied at every kilometer Cut-of Time:   3 Hours in Half Marathon Age Group Category & Walkers:    Must be worn visibly front and back to qualify for age category or walkerprizes. (Half Marathon only) Support Teams:  No Cyclists or private vehicles allowed on the route     All competitors must comply with the rules, regulations and instructions given by officials and marchalls.
